Products may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original invoice subject to the conditions listed below. Carlini Design® reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, and accessories and must be in the same cosmetic and functional condition it was sold in, Carlini Design® inspects every part before it is shipped. Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, Call 714 432 9000 ext 1. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or returns of new merchandise are non-refundable. After a Return has been authorized it is your responsibility that Carlini Design® receives your order in “Like New” Condition, please be sure to insure the order package for it’s entire purchase value.
All products sold as new are exchangeable or refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition and contains a packing slip. A 15% restocking Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items
Special buy or clearance items including “Blems” are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the label attached to the product. Service parts, may only be exchanged only if defective, within 30 days of purchase if in "like-new" condition. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that Carlini Design® receives the merchandise, and will be issued in the form of the check made out the cardholder of the purchasing credit card.
